For UK boarding schools

Join the list before we open BoardingMatch to you

We are opening BoardingMatch in stages, and the school side comes first. Tell us where your international admissions are now, and we will contact you the day your place is ready.

We are opening to 12 schools for the September 2027 intake, and this list decides who gets in first.

How paying us will work

The annual subscription we used to charge has been withdrawn. What replaces it is payment tied to a student actually enrolling at your school.

1
Listing is free

You will be on the platform without a yearly fee, and there is no cap on how many families you can look at.

2
We approach families for you

A family submits their child once. We approach the relevant schools on their behalf, so you are not the one chasing enquiries.

3
You pay on a real place

Payment is triggered by a confirmed enrolment, not by a listing. A small bursary contribution follows when the first report card is uploaded.

4
It follows the whole stay

A school that keeps a student for three years is worth more to us than one that keeps them for a term, so the model is built around the full stay.

The exact amounts are not published yet. We are testing reply rates with a small group of schools first, and we would rather show you nothing than a number we have to retract.

This is what actually lands in your inbox

One family who already meets your criteria, with the grades already read. No PDF to chase, no email to interpret.

Year 10, Hong Kong, aiming at September 2027, and every grade is already on the record.

Her first name, her current school and her parents' contact details stay hidden. A school only ever sees an anonymised candidate, and nothing is identifiable until the school invites and she accepts.

Applicants who already match, instead of enquiries you have to chase

Families upload their school reports and grades once. You see the ones who meet your criteria, and you invite who you want.

1

You set the criteria

Year group, subjects, boarding or day, entry requirement. We only show families who match all of it.

2

You read the real grades

School reports and predicted grades arrive as one link. No more chasing PDFs from parents.

3

You invite who you want

Listing with us is free, and there is no cap on how many families you can look at in a year.

What happens, and when

Now
You tell us your intake size and what international admissions is doing to you. We build the matching with the schools on this list.
Before applications open
Your criteria page goes live and the first matched families are shown to you. You look at real candidates, free, with no decision to make.
September 2027 intake
Your first real cohort. You see families who match you, invite who you want, and the fee only comes up once a student actually enrolls.

If your intake is already full for that year, we will say so rather than keep you on a list we cannot help.

On price

We have withdrawn the annual fees that used to sit on this page, including the "no commission on a placement" promise. Schools will be listed free and payment will be tied to a confirmed enrolment. The amounts are not public yet.

What we do with your answers

What you get for joining

Your place in the first cohort, and a look at the first matched families before you pay anything. You will know the fee before you commit to it.

No card, no obligation

Tell us where you are now

Four questions, about a minute. Optional, nothing binding. Three more if you have a spare minute.

What is the hardest part of international admissions for you?
Stored so we can contact you about the pilot. Never sold, never shared.

Are you a parent or a student instead?

Families have their own list with their own questions. We open to them region by region, so the answers are not the same.
